AnalityQa

Terms of Service

Effective April 29, 2026

Hi — AnalityQa is an indie project run by two co-founders. These terms are the short, plain-English version of the rules between you and us when you use AnalityQa. We've tried to keep them honest and short rather than legalistic.

1. Who you're contracting with

AnalityQa is a brand operated by two natural persons (the publishers). When you use AnalityQa, your contract is with them. To request the publishers' full legal identity and contact details, email hello@analityqa.com.

2. Your account

You sign up with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. If you think someone got access to your account, email hello@analityqa.com.

3. Free plan and paid plans

AnalityQa has a free plan with daily quotas (the "credits") and paid plans billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel them. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then, after which you drop to the free plan automatically.

We don't issue prorated refunds for an in-progress billing period, except where the law requires it. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription unless they explicitly waived it at first use of the Service.

If you ran into a real issue (a bug that prevented you from using the product, a double charge, anything weird), email hello@analityqa.com. We're two humans — we read and we're reasonable.

5. What you can't do with AnalityQa

Don't:

  • Upload data that's unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Try to access other users' accounts, scrape the service, or bypass quotas.
  • Use the Service to train a competing model.
  • Hammer the API in a way that degrades availability for others.

6. Your data, your work

You own the data you upload. We get a limited, non-exclusive license over it — only what's strictly necessary to run the Service (store, process, visualise, refresh dashboards). The analyses and dashboards generated by the AI belong to you.

7. The honest part: AI can be wrong, and we're a small team

The Service is provided "as is". AnalityQa is built on top of third-party AI providers. Their answers can be wrong, partial, or out of date. You're responsible for verifying any number, chart, or recommendation before acting on it — particularly for financial, legal, or medical decisions.

We aim for high uptime but we can't guarantee zero interruptions or zero errors. If a third-party provider we rely on (LLM, hosting, payment) goes down, the Service may degrade.

8. Liability cap

To the extent allowed by law, the publishers' total liability to you is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. If you're on the free plan, that cap is zero. This doesn't exclude liability for personal injury, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, where the law won't let us cap it.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or close an account if it seriously breaches these terms (illegal data, abuse of the Service, fraud).

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. For minor edits (typos, clarifications), we just refresh the "Effective" date at the top.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the competent French courts of the publishers' domicile, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may give you access to the courts of your country of residence.

12. Contact

Any question, any concern: hello@analityqa.com. We read every email.
